Evening Satsang
Satsang means keeping the company of the Truth. It is a time we set aside to be with others to chant and meditate and absorb ourselves in the teachings of the scriptures and the wisdom of the Master. It supports and encourages our spiritual progress. Satsangs are held every Thursday nights at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Honolulu.

Shri Guru Gītā
This beautiful 'Song of the Guru,' a text chant of 182 verses, is at the heart of the series of sacred chants traditionally sung in Sanskrit every morning in Siddha Yoga ashrams around the world. Its verses describe the nature and transformative power of the Guru-disciple relationship. At the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Honolulu, Guru Gītā is chanted on Sunday morning.

Shri Rudram
Shri Rudram is an ancient and powerful Vedic hymn in which Lord Shiva, the Lord of the universe, is offered salutations in his many manifestations. In this hymn, the manifestation known as Lord Rudra is praised again and again as the source of all: Creator, Sustainer, and Destroyer.
Drawn from the Krishna Yajur Veda, one of the oldest scriptures in the world, the mantras of Shri Rudram are said to destroy all sorrows, remove obstacles and afllictions, take away the fear of death, and bestow prosperity, joy, and the bliss of liberation.

Shiva Arati
This beloved arati honors Lord Shiva, the primordial Guru. Baba Muktananda learned the Shiva Arati as a yound sadhaka in the 1930s. Years later, in 1978, Baba incorporated this arati into the Ashram Daily Schedule in Gurudev Siddha Peeth, to be sung after the recitation of IShri Rudram.  The Hindi and Sanskrit verses describe Lord Shiva in his abode atop Mount Kailas, being worshiped by gods and goddesses.

Kundalini Stavah
The Kundalini Stavah is a hymn found in the ancient Sanskrit text Rudra Yamala Tantra. For centuries, devotees have sung this beautiful chant in praise of the divine cosmic power, Kundalini Shakti, whose awakening within a seeker is the key to spiritual growth.
